SHIPPING DISPATCH & PROCESSING

We process and despatch orders Monday through Thursday, in the order in which they are received.

Our orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours, and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) by either Australia Post or Aramex Australia.

From the time you place your order online, most orders will be delivered within 5-12 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier company. High volume production periods may delay delivery of your order.

Upon despatching your order, we will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.

ORDER TRACKING

If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post website or the Aramex Australia website, depending on which company delivers your order.

COVID-19 DELIVERY DELAYS

COVID-19 disruptions and Christmas-level parcel volumes every week mean lengthy delays to delivery times.

Because of supply chain and delivery delays caused by COVID-19, 'a reasonable time frame' for deliveries is longer than usual.

The membership must be purchased prior to place an order for the membership benefit. Please read the following instruction for the BOGOF membership.

When you sign up for this membership, 4 times a year you can purchase anything from our store and we will gift the same products for free for your personal use or to gift to family and friends. 

The membership subscription is valid for 1 year from the date you purchased the membership.

HOW TO USE BOGOF OFFER ON THE WEBSITE
1. Precondition for using BOGOF offer by customers:
A. Customer MUST HAVE an Account on the website. (If customer does not have an account then it can be created by following the steps as mentioned in point 4. How to Create Customer Account.
B. Customer MUST HAVE purchased a BOGOF Membership from the site before placing your first membership order.

2. While making a purchase on the site if customer wants to use BOGOF offer, customer must login first using same Email ID using which they have purchased a Membership as mentioned in point A. above. Once above icon is clicked then below screen will appear to enter username Email and Password. After entering Email and Password click on Sign In button to login. Kindly note the Email ID should be same as the one which is used to at the time of purchasing BOGOF membership.

3. After successful login to the site BOGOF offer can be used, any products which are available to purchase and added to the Cart then the same product is added with 0 cost (as free)

4. How to Create Customer Account
A. Click on Login icon on top right side

B. Click on Create Account option.

C. Fill all the details like First Name, Last Name, Email and Password and Select Create.
