DIRECTIONS
Start with a a levelled teaspoon (4g/0.14 oz) daily of Total woman probiotic which will contain over 30 billion probiotic CFU’s. to begin colonising your colon.
Adjust usage as required. During healthy periods 10-20 billion CFU’s (approximately 1/2 a teaspoon). During periods when more a required, 40-60 billion CFU’s (2 level teaspoons) per day may be helpful .
