SHIPPING DISPATCH & PROCESSING
We process and despatch orders Monday through Thursday, in the order in which they are received.
Our orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours, and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) by either Australia Post or Aramex Australia.
From the time you place your order online, most orders will be delivered within 5-12 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier company. High volume production periods may delay delivery of your order.
Upon despatching your order, we will provide you with all the details you need to track your order.
If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and track your order. If you don't have an account or checked out as a guest, the Consignment ID number can track your order via the Australia Post website or the Aramex Australia website, depending on which company delivers your order.
COVID-19 DELIVERY DELAYS
COVID-19 disruptions and Christmas-level parcel volumes every week mean lengthy delays to delivery times.
Because of supply chain and delivery delays caused by COVID-19, 'a reasonable time frame' for deliveries is longer than usual.
